How do i delete the blog

I was looking for the Guestbook that was in X5 years ago and couldnt find it so i decided to install the blog and configure to do the same. Anyway i found the comments and vote widget but now i cant get the blog to delete at all. I have removed all the comments but when i preview its still there and taken over the Index page. please help

I believe removing all posts in the blog (Step 1) should delete the blog. Have you tried to clean your browser’s cache, or view your website with a different browser or from another device?
