Update Failed, X5 Now Won't Load  en

Hi,

I received calls from 3 different customners today, saying that they were unable to complete their orders as when they got to the cart, the products that they ordered were not listed.

The first call I put down to cookies etc issues, the second call I thoiught maybe a spoecific browser issue, but the third call was using chrome, which I use, and everything was working fine when i did test orders via my desktop and phone.

So I opened my software, and thought the first step woiuld be to update the software. WhenI tried this, it came up with a message that the update failed and to make sure the program wasn't running. I tried opening X5 againa nd it wouldn't load, saying a problem had occurred. So I restarted, same again, then I tried using the update program and it again crashed and did not complete.

So not my software won't load and I cannot look into the issues.

The original software was X5 Pro 2022,1,2,0, and it was possibly uupdated since that original version, so I am unsure of the current version i am using as I cannot load the software to check.

Please advise whow to get the software going again. Clean install? Some other updated version I can try installing? I have saved recently, so can apply that.

I am using Windows 10 I believe (it is a work computer and I am not there right now)

Any advice ASAP is needed desperately as we are entering a very busy time leadiung into Christmas and as we supply shops, they trying to stock up.

Click on your name at the top right of the page, then on "My Profile" and then on "Download"; the current version can be loaded there.

Does that work?
