Dear Editors!
I have been using your Incomedia WebsiteX5 Evo software for a long time. I last updated and uploaded one of the projects a month ago. I opened it successfully today as well, but when I wanted to edit one of the pages, the program did not want to open it. In the same way, I went to another page and tried to edit another project's page. None were successful. I would like your help. What to do?

Do yiu have a firewall or antivirus? Maybe there was an update there in the between time, give x5 all rights or disable full for test.
did you install other programs? Try to restart with as less software as possible and try x5 again.

Yes I have Eset internet securyti. There was an major update not long ago. But I have disabled the entire protetion for test, and not even work it. I also have restarted the PC. Maybe I need reinstall the X5 Evo?

Béla, before re-install can you create a new project and see if you experience similar difficulties? If you do you may wish to temporarily uninstall rather than disable any 3rd party protection.

Can you also verify that there are no empty cells on any pages? If there are you should place an object in every cell or group of cells (I simply use the text object but there is no need to add content).

I simply do not understand. Today I uninstalled Eset Internet Security. Then I installed Avira. I tried to edit a page in your program before and after. It failed. Uninstalled the EVO then installed again. Still can't edit a page.

Do you have another pc/laptop, try to install x5 there and see if this works just to check if there is a program blocking the working of x5. My guess is that some program interfers.

Is the operating software up to date what software version are you using, windows?

I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate and so far I've had no problems. I have also been using Glary Utilities Pro for years. I have a Dell laptop with Win 8.1 on it, I'll try to install Evo on that. I hope it is compatible with the installer.

Ik gebruik Esest al vele jaren en heb nooit een conflict gehad met Eset vs WebsiteX5.

Wees voorzichtig met programma's zoals Glary Utilities enz. Deze programma's veroorzaken vaak meer problemen dan oplossingen.

Sok éve használom az Esestet, és soha nem volt konfliktusom az Eset vs WebsiteX5-tel.

Legyen óvatos az olyan programokkal, mint a Glary Utilities stb. Ezek a programok gyakran több problémát okoznak, mint megoldást.

Try the laptop, this way you know better in what direction to search for, so you get the problem solved.
