How should I change marked descriptions in attached file in contact form? Language of website is English, but I don't know where could I change marked descritptions?

That text specifically cannot be changed as it is set by the browser language automatically. It will not follow the project's language
The language of that text will change autonomously according to the language of the browser of the user visiting the website, so there is no need to change it as it will always be appropriate to the user
