Adding hamburger button for cell phones not desktop

Hi everyone I have a question. This deals with Menu's, this might have been answered in another language but I do not read all the languages. My question: I want the menu to be displayed on the desktop, but when someone is using a cell phone or tablet, anything but the desktop, i want the the hamburger menu to appear only. How do I make it do this without having it appear for the desktop?

In the templates, the horizontal menu is already designed in such a way that it turns into a hamburger menu if there is not enough space.
Is there a specific reason for the question?
If the hamburger menu appears in the desktop view, then the menu is too wide. Either shorten the menu names or put some menu items in the footer or work with menu levels.

If the project is marked as responsive in step 2 under Resolutions and responsive design, you have different resolutions. the menu object is usually inserted in the header of the desktop resolution and then copied into the lower resolutions by the program. you can edit these individually. in the main effect area of the menu object there is an option named show or similar. if this is checked, the hamburger menu is always displayed.
