Why did you limit the maximum resolution in the videos to 1939 px, it's a bit illogical for us that the whole world has screens with only full HD resolution... I'm curious if you're working on improving the functionality in that segment...
Are you working on bugs in the row format where you don't follow the standards of responsive/bootstrap like functionality...
I'm interested in when we can expect a fix and plan for a web store where bugs appear on multiple segments...
My license is about to expire and I'm interested because of course I don't want to pay for something that doesn't fully work...

X5 Croatia, the only workaround for the 1939 limitation is to limit yourself to one object per row and set object to extend, this will fill any resolution. . . .
I live in hope that one day Incomedia will allow multiple objects on a row to be set to extend as required (ie set object sizes to percentage of available display rather than a specific number of pixels)

I hope for a more comprehensive update of this application, whether Incomedia has it planned or is slowly losing the game to the competition... I don't understand why the application is not updated at least once a month! There are so many shortcomings and problems, and they sweep everything under the carpet...

At the moment, that resolution is indeed a limit, but keep in mind like Esahc mentioned that you can always extend the video or use it as background so that the entire width of the screen is covered.
It is true that 1939 is not always the full resolution of the screen, but it's also good to note that not always a video on the web is at the same resolution as the screen. This would take a lot of users with poor bandwidth a lot of time to get the video to render at full resolution, so it is okay if the video isn't at 4k at any instance. Especially if the video is only decorative.
If you require the possibility of displaying a video at higher resolution, you can also consider sharing it via YouTube for example so that the encoding is taken care of from them.
About the row format issue, I'm not really sure what you mean since no bug has been filed for this at the moment

Stefano, when do you plan to make an update and listen to users, this application is tragically disappearing from the radar of web designers, I also see that the forum has stopped working a bit. An online sales app can't work like this for anyone trying to start a business professionally... Why are you fighting against bootstrap implementations, better php development... Stefano I know you're just answering questions but show your superiors that they're not doing a good job...
