Priority help for Pro users?

I thought that one of the features of WebSite X5 Pro was "Priority help" How do I access that?
Or is it all through this forum whenever someone gets around to it?

The Incomedia employees should write what the difference refers to.

I'm a normal user of WebSite X5 and I don't make a distinction between Evo and Pro in the community.
Maybe the priority support relates to help by phone and email, I have no idea.
Incomedia staff could respond during normal office hours in Europe.

with the priority support, we first reply to the requests of users having an active Pro license, and then to the others.

Elisa B, it's not like that, I'm your long-time user and I don't see a difference in support... I'm sorry that the application is not upgraded according to the rules and laws of the profession. This forum is proof that the application has serious problems with debugging and testing...
