I have an error on export to Internet

I cannot export the project to Internet. It appears a message : UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVER ......see photo attached.
This old project is active on internet and I just modified a number in the footer of the page with copyright from 2022 to 2024 . So, I suppose the settings have to be correct.
I checked the antivirus and Website X5 has permission to connect to Internet and the Firewall of PC is not active.
Please help me with advice.

Which web hosting provider should the website be uploaded to?
If it worked before, then it could be that the web hosting provider switched from FTP to SFTP or FTPS for security reasons.

thank you for your help.
I asked help also to web host provider and I solved the problem : it seems that people from C panel changed the password without letting me know. I changed the password in FTP parameters and now it is working to export the project. thanks
