Sticky bar is appearing without scrolling down the page.

Using the readymade WX5 template which I purchased recently.
The sticky bar appears without scrolling down the page.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

Mandar, in step 2 Template structure, check if header height is set to 0
Set to zero the sticky bar will always be visible, set to 1 it will appear when there is any movement at all on the page and of course if set to the height of the menu the sticky bar will appear when the menu scrolls off.
