This message means that WebSite X5 could not connect to the Incomedia servers.
This may be due to blockages from a firewall, antivirus program, VPN, or similar software.

Hello Mandar,
creating a new project involves downloading certain resources from our servers, and because of this it cannot be done when offline, or when something is affecting your connection towards our servers.
You can only edit existing project in this state.
Have you perhaps checked the situation with antivirus/firewall/VPN temporarily disabled, or by ensuring that WebSite X5 is marked as an exception for these systems?

It seems that connecting to the Incomedia servers is not possible.
