No connection to server to access Incomedia homepage  en

Team

Software installed on second PC without any problem to activate. After progam start I got follow error message

 Application works fine with firewall. No VPN, no Proxy (Norton and Malwarebytes). Disabled both and test ,same error message. On first PC working without any issue. Some of objects cant download if app not connected to the internet .

Any advice?

If someone offers computer help (website in profile), then the common errors should be familiar. Maybe the moderators have an idea of ​​what was overlooked.

Hello,
are you otherwise having any connection issues with this other computer?
Or is only WebSite X5 not detecting it correctly?
Have you tried restarting the connection or using a different network?

Hi Eric

Thank you for your post. I found yesterday the issue.

The local host http://http=localhost was active  with port 5016

After deactivation I was able to connect incomedia home page.
