How to adjust the height of a single row of text on a page?

Hi all,
I have a page composed of several rows, with images and text.
One of these rows contains a single row of text but, when the page is previewed or published, it has a lot of white space before and after.
I tried to reduce the "Minimum row height" parameter in the template, deleted the rows, and inserted a new one, but it didn't solve the problem, even after creating a new page.
Any hint?

Have you verified internal ed external margin of the cell ?

Thank you Claudio, setting the internal and external margins (top and bottom) helped solve the issue.
It is unclear to me if it is possible to set the interline spacing between rows, for example by changing the minimum row height or setting the row height one by one (should be, at least by CSS).
