if I have understood correctly, when using your regular network neither WebSite X5 nor FileZilla are able to reach the server (although FileZilla is successful with a different network)?
If so, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider to check whether any restrictions have been placed on the connection.

So i have been in contact with the hosting provider for three weeks now. They claim there's nothing wrong and that the problem might be local or my internet provider. but i checked it all already and everybody points the finger to someone and something else. 

so im lost why it is not working.

could you please provide me with a copy of the project containing the FTP parameters so that I can also attempt a connection, both with WSX5 and FileZilla?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).

I am getting exactly the same error as Angelo S since I upgraded to Website X5 pro 2024.4.9.  I have not changed any parameters.  Is this a problem with the new version? I have attached a screenshot.

neither WebSite X5 nor FileZilla allowed me to reach the server.
Either the parameters currently in the project are incorrect or expired, or, if these are the same parameters that, on a specific wi-fi network, allow you to connect, then the hosting provider has likely set some restrictions to the inbound connections, for example allowing only specific IP addresses to reach them.

Roger, would you be able to check whether it is possible for you to reach your hosting space with other tools such as FileZilla, so that it is possible to ascertain whether the issue only occurs with WebSite X5?

Parameters are correct and not expired. I can still reach in fillezilla. Not on X5. other projects do work so i'm very lost why this one not. 

But i'll send the hosting provider again...

Yes, I can reach my server via FileZilla but not via Website X5 2024.4.9.  I had no problems reaching the server on any earlier versions of Website X5 and I have not changed any parameters.  It seems strange that at least two people are having this same problem having upgraded to 2024.4.9.

in Angelo's case, he was also having issues with FileZilla depending on the network he used, and I too was unable to reach the server with FileZilla, leading me to believe that the issue is with a specific restriction set by his provider, or otherwise the attempt would have failed only when attempting with WebSite X5.
If you can also provide me with a copy of your project I will check whether the situation is actually the same.

I checked your project and it is possible for me to both enter the destination folder and check its contents and initiate an export.
I have not encountered any error.
There must be a local factor affecting the situation, which may either be an error with your instance of the software or some external aspects such as your network or something on your computer.
Do you have an alternate network available, such as a mobile phone with 4G/5G acting as a hotspot?
If so, could you please try connecting to it and then try to enter the destination folder or start an upload?
