Sftp unable to connect to server. Generic Error

I try to export website to internet and get the error: "unable to connect to server. Generic Error".
Connecting via FileZilla with the same SFTP credentials is successful.
Website X5 pro, 2024.4.9 (newest version)
Connection to my normal wifi network, nothings works,
connecting to a different wifi network, filezilla works...
I don't know why this error keeps showing. (nothing has changed)
I tried all the options, nothing helps.
virusscanner off, firewall off, run as administrator. all the same error.
ftp has the same problem!
Who can help me?

It might perhaps be useful to see the screenshot of the error, and the FPT configuration of the website

if I have understood correctly, when using your regular network neither WebSite X5 nor FileZilla are able to reach the server (although FileZilla is successful with a different network)?
If so, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider to check whether any restrictions have been placed on the connection.

Thank you Eric to get back to me.
So i have been in contact with the hosting provider for three weeks now. They claim there's nothing wrong and that the problem might be local or my internet provider. but i checked it all already and everybody points the finger to someone and something else.
so im lost why it is not working.

could you please provide me with a copy of the project containing the FTP parameters so that I can also attempt a connection, both with WSX5 and FileZilla?
You can export it in Step 5 - Export, choosing the “Export the project” option to generate an IWZIP file.
You can then upload the file with https://www.swisstransfer.com/ or similar services, and provide a download link at support @ incomedia.eu (without the spaces).
