Can't upload website to X% Hosting

Website X5 pro is unable to upload my website. The message I am getting back is "You webspace and domain are being activated" The web browsers Chome and Edge say the website is unsafe. The SSL cert is out of date. How do I contact the hosting service to get this resolved?
