Adding words in html code on products

Hello,
I am back to the community for help. My site posts payment prices, not sale prices, and I would like to add the words "Weekly Payment" next to the price in products. Can someone point me to the proper file and where to add HTML code? Pic attached to better explain, thank you.

You can change texts in the language files.
(It > En) ... if you can't do it with the Program settings, then with my EXTRA code you could get a result similar to this...
... if you are interested, you have to post the LINK of your online page containing your products in order to evaluate...

Also, can someone point me to the file to edit the HTML code? product-01 is where I edited, but did not relfect on my website.

One more question, the SKU does not show or an option for the product page, do you know the code to add it the same way?
