Can not connect to the server

I've been uploading files for 5 6 years without any problem. Now it can't find the server? I also use WinSCP (FTP) and it logs right on without any issues.
The server company tells me they can't find any problems with how I have my settings for upload.
Attached a file showing my settings. I will upload an additional file since I can't upload more than 1 file.
Please help, I really do need to update the website.

If everything is OK according to Webhoser, then also think about the VPN, antivirus program and firewall and temporarily deactivate them when exporting to the Internet with WebSite X5.

The visible part of the FTP parameters can be easily checked, but what about the password?
There may have been errors in the password, so write the password down on a piece of paper and type it in by hand, paying attention to upper and lower case letters.
Otherwise I don't know where there could be an error.

Thanks but it's not the password. It's the same as my FTP app and I've not changed it so it has to be the same...but I'll check, nothing to lose.

I got a new message, "Protocal Not Available." Looking at that, all I did was change the FTP from "SFTP File Transfer Protocal" to "SSH FTP" and it uploaded.

My issue has been taken care of, and thanks to those that offered their assistance.
