Nothing like that has ever happened to me.

In about 12 hours the Incomedia employees will be online, maybe they can tell you where the problem is and how it can be fixed.

I also use 2024.2, but it's never happened to me.

Do you always run your website as an administrator?

Here are the most common causes and how to fix them:

1. System Resources or Conflicts (Windows 7)
From the screenshot, you can see that you're using Windows 7. This is a critical point:

Compatibility: WebSite X5 2024 requires updated libraries (such as .NET Framework 4.8 or higher). Make sure your Windows 7 is updated with all the latest service packs and .NET packages.

RAM: If your project is very large or contains very high-resolution images, the software may saturate your RAM, causing a crash when previewing or editing rows.

2. Corrupt Media Content
The error occurs in the "Page Creation" section. This is often caused by:

Invalid Images or Videos: If you've dragged a corrupt image file or one in an unsupported format into one of the blocks (cells), the software will crash when attempting to generate the preview.

Widgets or Custom HTML Code: If you've inserted an HTML object with incorrect or conflicting JavaScript code, this can cause the program to crash as soon as you try to view the page.

3. Corrupt Project File
Sometimes the project.iwprj2 file in the project folder may have spelling errors.
