I have a business need case, where when customers phone in, and we want to give them access to common information, like downloads, uploads etc, is there an easier way than needing an email address and password? What my customer would like to do is give them a code over the phone to access a protected page.
The work around is to create a dummy user which means an email address and a password, and it can't be any of the email addresses that we have already allocated.
A generic code would be much more convenient.
If we just give them an unprotected hidden webpage, then its possible others (spammers) could access it as well.
Sincerely
ray

I don't know if I understand the situation correctly.
Any pseudo-email addresses can be used in access management, the only important thing is that they contain the symbol @ and a period.
Examples:
test @ example.org
test123 @ example.org
test123abc @ example.org
(The space before and after the @ is only for the post here, otherwise email addresses will be converted to ***)
