Add TAX with or instead of VAT

Can you please add "Tax" next to VAT? American customers do not understand VAT, so if you could modify in your next update so that current VAT reads "VAT/TAX", it would be greatly appreciated.

There is an option to change this setting - the option is on step one, General Settings. Right next to (to the right) Content Language.
It's a small easily missed button. Scroll down the menu that opens up and you can find the cart_vat setting - you can change it to anything you want.
