please try this: open you page as admin: www.brandfotografie.nl/admin

there you should have the opportunitiy to click on "test" if the page turn green, everything should work, if the side turns red, there is a server problem

I found the login & password.

The third test failed. (Server Public Folder Path) I asked the provider to look into this.

And, the provider told me to use 'SMTP AUTH' in order to send mail. I can't find this option in website X5 anywhere, please help.

there we have the problem: your server seems to use SMTP, which is not ot compatible with WebsiteX5.
