No response to my technical questions

It has been more than 4 days when I posted my queries and to date I have had no response. This is an indictment of a Company that does not care much for customer relations. It has been a most disappointing experience with WebsiteX5 team. There technical support is non existent and I wish I had not bought this software.

In general the Site Admins tend to respond within 3 days, but this varies depending on how many queries there are at any one time. Were your questions submitted as "problems" or "Questions"? That may influence the time taken to respond.
