Problem with second licence

Hello,
I have a licence of Website X5 v8 which I have activated on one computer 1 year ago. Now that I've changed my computer, I would like to reinstall the program. The problem is when I click on "Unlock" during the installatio, it gives me an error:
Refunded Product Code
The Product Code refers to a licence that has been refunded. Error 8
Why can't I have a second licence?

You asked a refund of the product the 12/01/2011 and so the licence code gets blocked after you received back the money.
