Hello. I have an account with reg.nr: *** I want to install it on a new computer . I think I registred the mail: *** but nothing happens when I try to login. I have done the settings in spam like you told to do, but I dont recive any mail. So I registred a new support user. Could you help me?

Andreas,

If you use the same as your registerd with (also on websitex5answers) then you can see your product code and the newest download in your profile. (click on your name to get there).

With these 2 and your origanal used e-mail you should be able to (re) install X5.

I don´t get any mail. Maybe it´s wrong mailadress or password.

Can you see what mailadress I first registred on the productcode above. Or can I see it myself when opening the program on my old computer.
