How to adjust cell dimension. I need a cell that looks like a strip across the page( large width but small height) Amorn

The Height of the cell will be automaticly the smallest one possible (it depends on what you put into it) if 1 sentence, then it is 1 sentence high......
You can make it smaller by using the third button "set the cel inner and outer margin' and make the inner 0.
Just make it like the top one in the attachement.
