It seems to depend on the Server settings where the website is hosted. Please try to change script type in Step 4 - data management and then try to export the project again.

If this should not work check on the Hosting settings if there are options for the PHP support and check if it's possible to use another version of PHP.

My site is hosted by free. The php mysql is activated and I uploaded .htacesss to upgrade to PHP 5. I created a directory named "sessions" at the root of the site. I made several test changing script settings (in step 4, as you mentionned). When I place an order, depending on the settings, either the process is ok all the way but I don't receive any mail (Vendor and buyer) or when validating the order I got an error message, but I receive both mails, vendor and buyer...Another question related to the same matter : the customer data are not reset between two sessions? (I.E  when I close the site window after a first test, I reload it for a second try and the customer data page is not blank, previous customer data are persistent....

I spent a part of the day reading posts concerning order e-mail feedback : some of them read "log into your site as admin, if everything is ok, your screen should display 4 green bars. Mine is displaying 3 green bars + a form displaying 'check your e-mails parameters'" (see attached screen copy). I tried the 3 possibilities (recommanded script,  low qual server script and low level script). No feed back for any of them...  Do you have any hints to work out that problem? thanks...

Please check if the session folder is full or if there's another session folder which has a fixed quota and this one is full and if this one is present you need to delete the other you created. Please check also if it's possible to upgrade to a stable version of php since the one running on the server it's an old version released the 2006 and there have been a lot of updates to fix issues.

There is no duplicate "sessions" folder at the root of the site and the existing one (I had to create) is not ull, in fact I guess there is no limitation. The rights granted for this folder is drwx, it can't be changed as chmode is not accepted by FREE. The PHP version is 4.1.3RC4-dev: I would be surprised that this last update was in 2000. Anyway, I contacted FREE assistance by mail and, up to now, I have not any answer... What can make the mail process bug?

Hello Patrick,

It seems that they have blocked some functions on the hosting. About the email script you can send them the copy of the file. You can find it in the RES folder and it't the file imemail.inc.php

Have you tried to change script type and choose low-lewel in step 4 Data Management?

Please try to use another script type and then export the project to see if with one of the 3 scripts it works.

To skip this problem, I tested another solution with a basic E-mail form included in a html page of the site. I uploaded to the root of my site (always FREE). I made a first test and eveything was ok ( sending data and confirmation data mails both suceeded). I made a second try (after closing end reloading site. But this time, no mails were sent... a third test had the same issue. Is there any 'resetting" action to perform? it seems that once the process has been successfull once, it remains blocked... thank you for your help
