Preview not working correctly  en

My 'Preview' option has just stopped working properly I just get lines of text that reflect the menu structure. There are no template, images, basket. I have checked for updates and I am fully up to date on version 9 Colin

Please firstly try pressing the 'CTRL' key whilst entering the preview.

Can you confirm whether or not this happens on every page?  Or just select pages such as the home page?

Hello Colin,

Can you please tell me what Version of Internet  have Explorer are you using?

Did you use Version 10 and you have also Dreamweaver 8 installed?

If yes, then this is an issue of IE 10 with Dreamweaver 8 and I would suggest to use a more updated version of Dreamweaver since Version 8 modifies the behaviour of IE 10.

I have removed Dreamweaver 8 and the preview now works ok. Thanks

Not sure why it suddenly started as both IE10 and Dreamweaver have been installed for months.
