This file is the flash video player used to show Videos on your website.
Once you add a video file in your project this file will be loaded and it will show the video without the text you see now.

If in your proejct is no video present then you can delete the file.
If you have any video then you will need to keep this file. The text you see has been added so that it cannot be used outside of WebSite X5.
If you want you can also hide all the content of the /res/ folder by using a robots.txt file and uploading it in the root of your webhosting. You can use an online robots.txt generator like:

the robots.txt file that i have made does no working. google finds again
