I think you use a custom template? Then it is under the pull down of repeat option 5 (fit to window) in the edit template section.

an option to fit to window is for page background, i need fit to window for page content background but there is only  `1)do no repeat 2)horizontal repeat 3)vertical repeat and 4) tile image :(

i need this option to put background image with borders for page content (like this page), any idea?

I think it's taken out of a standard layout. Let me see if i can see wich one....

yes it works, just need to make website width same as pictures width
