V10 startup very very slow

Hi,
Since some days start up of my v10 is very slow
I need to wait about 5 minutes to see main window
XP pro
all others software on pc have normal speed
no virus detected
no spyware (used spyhunter 4)
After startup software works at normal speed
Uninstall and reinstall no effect
Update to latest version no effect

I think there are (too) much programms in your windows startup,
try a program like iolo system mechanic or other.
