Upload updates error

Hi,
We cannot upload the updates of the our website on the server. The Incomedia program give us an error, as it is displayed in attachement. We asked more information to our hosting provider and finaly we have found that only you are able to give us the solution.

Hello Adriana,
Try to activate or deactivate the passive FTP in the export settings and then try again to see if then it is possible to export.
If this should not help remove /public_html from the field "Destination folder" and then try again.
