First of all, I suggest you login to answers with your registration email in order to find all the information you need about your program in your control panel. You will be able to download the last version of the program and install. Please repeat the same procedure you followed the first time: add your licence key and register with the same email address then hit on forward.

I'm logged into "answers" to read your reply.

But have no idea where I'm supposed to find the "control panel" I don't see it on the "website x5 answers" page.

If you mean the menu options in the program then that would be fine if I could actually install it to get to that stage,  that's the problem I can't reinstall the program.

I'm not sure I want to upgrade to the latest version because I'm concerned my files may not convert to the latest file structure without some unexpected results.  As I said in the first post I only use the program to make minor changes (e.g. phone no, email address) to my exisiting webpage.
