Won't download templates on V11

I've just upgraded to V11 from 10.
Gone to Template Selection - Default Template and looked through them.
When I click on a template I always get an error message "It is not possible to complete the download" and no template is downloaded.
Why is this?

Maybe your firewall prevents the download ? Try for test without it.
