can you tell me step by step

Hello Ahmed,
create a site in the main language, an in the step 4, enable the welcome page, specify the folder for the other languages(for example IT for italian ).
Than you can create a second project in the second language and export it in the correct folder (for example in the /IT).
If you have trouble you can see the manual for this section.
