Making my background stay still but letting the middle bit scroll

How do i make my site so that the background stays still and only the middle bit,the content of the site moves up and down.Can version 11 x5 do this or not?

if you mean something like www.wdesigners.us
go to edit template, from page section choose "Page Background" then in Image File field choose your image, on the repeat section choose "Fit to The window"
remember to choose page content as well and make it transparent (color: transparent).

you have been a great help and it worked the only thing now is on my pages where it actually says the actual webpage name is still white and i cant change it here see if you can help me have a look at some of my webpages and you will notice a white stip with the the webpage name,but the rest worked a treat thanks heaps.

that is your page title and page path text
you can remove them or you can keep them but with transparrent bg.
go to step 1 "general setting"> then Template Style> choose Text Style
under page item tab, you have page Title and page path, in you want to remove them, just remove the check mark, if you would like to keep them, then make their bg transparrent.
