Dear Sirs, I am paying an official user of your program WebSite Profesional. Today I have been advised of the possibility to download the update to version 11.0.4.21. I try to download it for several hours, but still I failed both through program updates, as well as directly from your website. Do something with it kindly, I would like for my money had quality services.

I have a similar problem, the program does not finish the upgrade, because "It was not possible to connect to the Internet or the Incomedia Server. This could be a temporary problem..."

The problem is that I cannot update my site, because the program at the start asks the key... and again the same message, so the program does not even start. What should I do?

The internet connection is of course ok, because I just downloded the newest version, but the verification of the key does not wotk... And this lasts at least for the last 2-3 weeks...

I do not know why you offer upgrades when you can not download them, you are doing from users kidding? Finally expressed on this issue manufacturer.

Jiří, open your program, go for update, after the 1 click (hit next), the you should see your webx5 program running in the back, close that one (red X at the top) if windows show you a not respond screen, force the program to close.

that will not close your update. continue your update.

or

make sure yourx5 program is closed, right click on the program shortcut, choose properties, click on "open File location", inside that folder find "imUpdate", then double click on it.

Lubos, your windows firewall or any other other firewalls, are blocking your program. change the setting of your firewall.
