Using Website X5 throught out different versions i am very happy with the websites i have created. However i would love to be able to keep up with the trends of website design, so how can i get my designs to have these effects?

Its a more complete landscape concept some seems to be done in Java, But my aim is that you can have a website that does not look as "blocky"  i assume thats the word.

Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
