Help! Lost entire website - will not load - gives error message

When I tried to set up a page with a video as soon as I played it the entire computer crashed. When I tried to reload the website I got the following error message : An error occurred while loading the Project (There is an error in XML document (0,0). Is there any way of getting the project to load or have I lost 3 days work?

In the first instance you could try to restore from a backup.
