Text block will not update

Hi
I make changes to a TEXT block on my Home page. this time I have changed it to my new sale but the old sale still shows. i then click on another page and go back to the home page and it has changed to the new one. i close the browser and reload and it is back to the old home page. i have cleared cookies etc and tried it on different computers and platforms but the result is always the same
any one see this?

Hello Jeff,
On your website you have http://www.yorkregionhottubandleisure.com/index.php
and http://www.yorkregionhottubandleisure.com/index.html
you need to delete from online the index.html file since this is the old one so when you visit the website it will load the index.php file which is the updated one.
