How do I create a download list in Website X5 Evolution v.10?
I want to put a picture on a page and create a link on that picture. When a user clicks on this picture, the corresponding file has to be downloaded to his computer.
If the link points to a midi-file, this has to play when clicked, but there must also be the possibility to download this midi-file (right mouseclick).
I could create a link to a midi-file, but it only played if the mouse was on the appearing plugin window.

You need to choose the link function on the image object and there choose "File or URL" and then there select the midi file.
About the behaviour of the browser if it's player or downloaded it depends on the browser if it has a plugin to play this type of file and if it has bene set to play it or directly download it.
The behaviour is different on every computer since it depends on the users settings.
