Email Header Image not showing up on emails
Autor: Walt P.I am using a *mobile* template. Site was (duplicated) from original template, then I went into the project and turned it into a *mobile friendly* website. I have done this with another website and I am not experiencing the same issue, that one works fine.
Issue: I have a form that once complete and submitted comes to me via email.
(General Settings / Template Style / E-mail Layout)
*attached image* shows Preview of image / company logo however after uploading the project and completing the form, the image does NOT SHOW in the email, it appears as an "X". This is not do to email settings or anything like that. I have the same image on the original template and that one works just fine, but not for this *mobile* template. I have tried multiple images (jpeg, jpg, png) all of which do not appear on the email header. Very strange.
I am almost wondering if it is a bug in the template I selected? As I mentioned this is the 2nd site I am doing a mobile friendly page, and the first works PERFECTLY (but it is a different template).
Any ideas why the image is not showing up? The file is there in the location, but for some reason it just appears as a broken image on the email (both) to the requestor who completed the form and to website owner.
Help!

Hey JJ. Not sure what you mean. I select the file I want to use, and it uploads the file there. *This is what I have done for all the other ones I have created*.
NOW I just noticed as I saved a new file to try, when I go to select it, the file does NOT appear in the folder that it is saved too. So something very weird is going on I feel.
Are you saying I should enter the FULL string instead of the file? Like http://www.etc.....file name ?
Hello Walt,
JJ means you should check that the 'Website Address (URL)' for your mobile friendly site is correct, in Step 1 General Settings - please see the screenshot attached.
You need to enter in that field the URL which serves up your mobile friendly site, not your desktop one.
From some research the URL that you need would appear to be:
http://www.pazazzbodywork.com/mobile/
Is this what you have entered in that field?
Kind regards,
Paul
