I bought version 13 pro in advance.
I offered to join the Beta test program - but, OK, maybe I was too late.
I have spent a lot of time updating a site from version 12 pro.
PDFs do not display properly.
Dynamic Content does not display properly.
Do I get an apology? No.
Do I get any suggestion in compensation like an extended period of upgrade? No.
All I get is that it will be addressed in the next upgrade.
I have used Wesite X5 for years. Have I been happy? Yes.
Am I a happy bunny now? No.
Back to version 12 until someone comes up with a slightly more satisfactory answer.

Hello Duncan,
I'm sorry to read that you are not satisfied with our program and service.
We are doing our best to help each and everyone of you as quickly as possible.
I went through the posts you have opened since you purchased the new version and see that you have come across several issues and I'm sorry about that. I see that most of them have been solved and a couple are waiting for a solution.
When my collegues write that our developers are working on that particular thing, they just want to assure you that our team is doing their best to give you the chance to use your software correctly as quickly as possible.
I am glad to know though that you have always been happy with our previous versions and I can assure you that we will do all we can to know that you are pleased with us once again.
I will personally contact you again in this post if you like as soon as the new update will be released.
I hope this helps a little bit and wish you a lovely day.

Do we know when this might be please? I have bought v13 but cannot use it at the moment :(
Hello Duncan,
I have asked our developers and they are doing their best to solve this as soon as possible. Unfortunately I do not have a precise date at the moment, I'm sorry, but I do not think it will take long now.
I will personally contact you when it is ready.
Have a nice day Duncan!
