Have you tried opening it as administrator, without antivirus and firewall? Could you send me a screenshot of what happens when you try and open the program?

it downloads 100 percent in google chrome, internet explorer,

than the pictogram is on my laptop, when i click it doesnt open at all, doest give error or whatever.

downloaded it multiple times.

Please can we talk via skype or so, kristof740, i tried many times, and think its fastest way to solve this.

We assume you are using Windows because you have Internet Explorer - so what version Win 7, 8, 8.1??

Is it the full windows or the old RT version that was very limited.

What are you downloading, free Trial WX5 Pro? Pro? Evo? Start?

Are you downloading directly from Website X5 or a 3rd party??

Incomedia need this information so they can assist, timezones mess with people and no-one knows what native language the support or moderators, let alone yourself  use, so Skype is probably out.

I have never encountered issues running the installer, I have done it many times on many different PC's and Laptops without issue.

have you tried starting the program as administrator, after having desabled antivirus and firewall? Does this change anything?

were you able to register the program? Try to diasble antivirus and firewall and to restart the pc. Then disable all programs but WebSite x5. If this does not help, please send a screenhot of what happens.

go in control pannel in system section and send me a screenshot of your system configuration please.

Try download the software by this link: http://static.incomedia.eu/websitex5.com/v13/wsx5_ev.exe

save the setup in the Desktop and start it with right click and select "run as administrator".
