Reinstallation X5 Evolution Version 12

Hi - I am running X5 Evolution version 12.0.10.32 on windows 10 home. Windows update completed.
When I create a text box, add text and then select "OK" the system hangs with the in process sign circling. It does move from the page creation screen.The only way to exit is to terminate the process.
I cannot find any fixes (unless you have a suggestion) and I plan to re install X5 but I need a link to download ?
Can you assist ?

Hi - I found where to download for the reinstallation (My Profile & Download). Before I do that do you have any other suggestions for the hang problem ?

thank you for contacting us. Could you please send me a screenshot of the error you get? Does this always happen when using the text object? With all projects or only with this one in particular?

Hi Elisa, I edited the text below and it hangs after selecting "OK". Photos can be added ok but when text is added it hangs. The screen shot did not capture the cursor which has the blue circle rotating. I have left it for 5/10 minutes without it completing.
The only way to exit is to ctl/alt/del and force the process to end.
I re installed X5 Evolution.
I loaded the same project onto the second device we use (windows 7) and it works fine.
I created a New Project without any other detail, created a text object and when I select "OK" it hangs as before.

Can you please try to disable all the programs running in background and then try again to see if the same happen?
Since when do you experience this issue?
Did you perhaps install any new fonts on your computer recently?
