Very Slow (won't open) after the software update

I installed the update to 13.x this afternoon. Now I can't get any o the templates to open. Also, the entire system is running very slowly. I have restarted the computer several times, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, and it is so slow that it is completely unuseable.

try restart the pc and disable all programs in background and try again.

The computer starts up fine, it is the WebSite X5 that takes forever to start. These delays are on both of my computers where the software is installed.

Now I can get it(WebSiteX5) software to open, but I only have 10 to 12 default templates. None of them have verticle menus.
How can I completely remove your product (including clearing out registry entries) so I can attempt a clean install?

try to check if a Firewall is active in the Windows, probably depends of a Windows configuration.
