Upgrade prices for long established customers  en

I am extremely disappointed that the discounts to upgrade to new versions are extremely low.  I have been a customer from v8 and purchased 9, 10 and 11  and in some cases the upgrade were very limited in new features.

So having paid out almost £200  the offer for version 13 still comes in at £39.  whatever happened to rewarding customer loyalty ?  please dont turn into a greedy company such as Microsoft.

This is only valid for 2 or 3 days more.

See that you subscribe and you can get very good deals. You can do so in your profile where the newletter is.

I agree with the Mr. Dudley. Same situation in my case. I subscribe no answer. Disapointed custamer.

Are you sure you have where the newsletter is offers from incomedia set?

Andre e, I cannot find your email address, In my profile it is saying that my registration is cancelled and I cannot tick boxes to choses newsletters or offers. Please help as I would consider taking up the v13 pro 40% offer but the best one I can find is 20%

you can get offers in your profile, goto top right pull down next to your name.

goto change my user profile, then select the newsletter link and select the offers you wish. Then save your profile.

After that you will have to wait for a mailing from Incomedia.

Thisoffer is only for person having older version  - Ihave two accounts and this offer were sent only to account I have an old version.

Try to make a new account, register demo 13 and perhaps you receive this offer.
