You could use either Webanimator or Google web designer.

With both, you can make animated clickable pages.

If you click on Tableplan 1,2 or 3 you will see the tables move to the clicked tableplan position.

Instead of moving the tables it could have been made that the tables shifted color. You can have more layers of color.

If it was T-shirts then if could be the color of the T-shirt itself and then another layer with some text that also could shift color. The images used should then be png-images.

For what purpose should you use it ? cars or cloth or what ?
