The sofware starts. When I select create new project, it says initializing project files, then X5 professional has stop working. That all I can do at this pint

Is there an error message from websiex5 or from windows. Or what happens exactly, what happens under "stop working" exactly and please specify more.

I think it's Windows dialog box.
Which version of X5 Professional is it? If it is version 13, then check for the presence of Lavasoft Web Companion on your computer and remove it.

I have resolved. I did two different things. Not sure what did the fix.
1. Checked to see it the Net Frame stuff was switched on. They were ticked on. I did find to sub items that were not ticked, so i ticked them off.
2. I think this was the fixer, I deactivated the Web Root Virus software.
After doing both of these things, there have been no more issues.
