When trying to access my control panel, I use the proper credentials but it keeps taking me back to the login screen. I have tested by using the wrong credentials and I do get a login error.

Hello Adam
You have to login as Admin or as another user of the administrator group.
You can use the password for the Admin that is set in the :
1 settings/advanced access management.
Here you can "edit" one of the administrators and see the password for this user.
Using the username and password of one of the users in the administrator group, should make you able to log on as this user.
Kind regards

I tried that with both the defualt admin and setting up a new admin. When using Chrome, it says wrong username and/or password. Also, I downloaded the APP and I get the same issue. I have reset the pw to a simple one and uploaded the full site a couple of time. I also deleted history on my browser along with cookies. When using ie, it just brings me back to the admin login page. When intentionally using the wrong pw in ie, it gives me the wrong username and/or password error.

My engineer corrected the PHP and cleared the error log. Now I can log into the control panel but the dashboard is empty. The website test seems to be working and everything passes.
Hello Adam
Good that you had if to function.
Maybe this, solves the things described in your other posts.
If - then please mark the posts as solved - otherwise add additional information to the posts.

The problem is that nothing is being displayed in the control panel. Per the user guide:
Professional edition, display dynamic content objects, display the users who have registered to access members' areas, handle orders in the e-commerce shopping cart and check stock availability levels.
There is no such information on the dashboard.
Hello Adam
The items should show when activated.
When using the dynamic content, it should show up in the control panel.
You could try to activate the :
1 / settings / advanced / STATISTICS CEO AND CODE - "enable website hit statistics".
Then you should see the statistic in the control panel.
You have to specify a database and name a table you want the data to be stored in.
You could try this for a "test".
Kind regards
