Ok I am just a newbee . I upgrade to Ver websitex 13
However my side bar menu on all pages has disapeared and replaced with 3 bars

If I click bars menu appears but I want it to be attached and show

This is because the left-menu is not specified wide enough to show the menu.
You have to "shorten" the text or make the menu wider.
In 2- TEMPLATE - Customisazion / Page menu you can specify the width and margins of the left-menu.
If the width is too small, there will be shown a hamburger-menu.

I took another look - it seems it is not the page menu, but the main menu you have chosen as a left menu.
But here goes the same.
You have to, in In : 2- TEMPLATE - Customisazion / Main menu to specify the width to a wider width.
